Our restaurant was established in 1978 by Sait and Remziye ERBEY. Since the first years of its establishment, it has been especially famous for its garbage and Karşıyaka bites, and has taken its place among the indispensables of the region for many years.

As a result of the developments in our country at the end of the eighties, the development of domestic and foreign tourism brought Kuşadası to an important position in the region, so that the charming town of Kuşadası, in Davutlar, has become a well-known place in domestic tourism with the advantage of having uninterrupted beaches for kilometers and having abundant oxygenated air. The SSK site in which our restaurant is located, and the DİD-KU site, which was established right after our neighbor Özlem and Ormancılar site, had increased the visibility of our region in and out of the country by the end of the eighties.

Naturally, at the end of this change, it has resulted in the evolution of our restaurant according to the conditions of the day, and added both grill varieties, pita and pizza varieties and seafood to its menu.

In our nearly forty-one-year journey, we have been able to come this far with the quality products of leading brands and expert craftsmen in all the products we use, with the cleanliness and hygiene meticulousness of one of our founders, Remziye ERBEY, who is one step away from the cleaning disease.

We are proud to serve our guests at the highest level with our slogan, Happy Forties.
